While Nvidia Instant NeRF and Apple Object Capture are two possible applications to use to recreate 3D objects, here are reasons why you should choose one over the other one.

Nvidia Instant NeRF

Pros:
- Produces vivid colors and good geometry shapes, resulting in highly realistic 3D models.
- Compatible with a variety of applications, including VR and AR
Cons:
- Does not provide the ability to manipulate the 3D objects, limiting the customization options for users.
- Requires a powerful computer with an NVIDIA RTX GPU to run effectively.

Apple Object Capture

Pros:
- Enables the creation of high-quality 3D models from photographs taken on an iPhone or iPad, providing an accessible and convenient method for generating 3D models.
- Utilizes photogrammetry techniques to analyze the images and create accurate 3D models with good geometry shapes.
Cons:
- May require additional processing to improve the quality of the 3D models generated.
- Can be limited by the quality of the photos taken and the available lighting conditions.
- Require some coding techniques, and also require lastest Apple OS beta system
