Select the Volume Rendering module
Choose the MRI scan you want to visualize from the dropdown menu on the left sidebar. Switch to 3D View by clicking on the eye.
In the left sidebar under the display menu, select the MR-default preset

Toggle the Dipslay ROI eye in the Display section of the sidebar
Drag the handles to slice into the brain
