A GUI For Tomographic Reconstruction

Description

Tomviz can be used as a visual interface for computed tomography processing. This is useful for reconstructing a volume from a series of projections. Input data usually derives from penetrating waves (e.g. x-ray; more examples linked). The input can be represented as a tilt series (i.e. a series of images taken as the object of interest rotates) or a sinogram.

Here is an example of an x-ray tilt series taken of a liver.
