For a Mac/Linux machine:

Binary download instructions:

1. Download the dmg here.

2. Open the dmg and copy the VisIt application to your Applications folder.

Data Visualization - Tutorial

Total time (as beginner): 5 min

1. Upload the data file to the file menu.

2. Under Main -> Plots -> Add, choose what kind of plot you’d like to use to visualize your data.

3. Click draw to render the data in the current active window.
