From Slicer to Paraview and the YURT

1. Click on the save icon in the top left of the toolbar and save the vtk files of the various segments. Below I am saving three different segments for the tumour (1, 2, and 4) and the brain tissue.
2. Open Paraview
3. Click on File > Load Data and open the saved vtk files. Click on the eye beside each file to view the particular segment.
4. Select the brain tissue from the heirachy and set it to wireframe so that it is translucent
5. Select each segment from the heirachy and right-click over the brain so you can change the colour
