Unity 3D VR-Planets

This is the final product of the Project to explore large terrains in VR.  Each on of the scenes represents a different planet with its own gravity effects. The items are also affected by the atmospheric density on each planet.

Each scene has an UI explaining the plante properties and s drop box where they can move to a different planet. If you are interested on using this application, download the apk file and load it in your headset using sidequest.

The research I wanted to do was how user feel moving on large terrains and if they prefer teleportation over continous movement. These are the result of the in activity class


One conclusion could be that despite the risk of motion sickness on VR, users prefer continuos movement over teleportation.

Additionally,  participants were ask if they prefer a  realistic over a non-realistic scene of a planet over.
