These visualizations show the average commute times over time for several selected routes in and around Manhattan, potentially located within the newly introduced Manhattan Congestion Relief Zone, before and after the zone was introduced. Each of the routes shown are for Monday only. Please observe each visualization and draw conclusions and generate questions about the effectiveness of the zone with your group.
