Project 2 Proposal

This project will investigate the different aspects of what makes a good UI in VR. After completing research on the various tenets of a good UI, I will be assessing the different softwares in terms of the chosen criteria for evaluation. Some of the apps are collaborative and some are not.

  • Deliverables

    • Wikis for different softwares

    • Reviews on...

      • UI

        • Minimizing clicks (metric)

        • Consistency

          • In visual structure

        • Accessibility

        • Design complicatedness/simplicity

        • Error prevention

        • Help for errors?

  • In - class activity

    • There will be an in-class activity in which we, as students, will be able to explore the collaborative workspace / expedition app and assess its UI as students. Specific questions will be used to target certain aspects of UI.
