Install SideQuest (I believe only the Easy Installer is necessary)
- An account and developer mode on the Quest is necessary
Download this .apk file
Open in SideQuest and download onto the Quest
Should appear under "Unknown Sources" in the apps folder as "VR Try 3"

2. Explore (5 min)

Explore the scene by yourself
Move around using the joysticks on the controllers, including behind the body
Right now, only the right-hand ray is active
Point at the model, see which parts of the body light up when the ray points at the body
See what happens when you click a trigger while pointing at a body part

- This is a sample workout session carried out and recorded on WorkoutVR
- For reference:
  - One-handed pushup
  - Pushup/Sideplank
  - Pushup
  - Crunch
  - Squat
  - Squat/Double-Swing
  - Stand/Double-Swing
  - Stand (hopefully self-evident)
Using the model, try to depict what the results of the given workout session
- Note: this is one result for the entire workout, not for each exercise
- Be creative! Feel free to use the tools, limited as they are, in whatever way you find interesting.

Find a partner and discuss the two depictions that the two of you came up with
Talk about what is possible with the VR 3D model that is not possible with the online portal
- Consider the problem vice versa
